Our New England Brook Trout are butterflied, meaning all the bones have been removed besides the head. This fish is ready to stuff, roast, grill, or separate the two fillets and pan-sear. Very versatile. 

These trout (native to New England) are raised in a state-of-the-art recirculating aquaculture system located in New Hampshire. 

Our Trout is available to order for overnight delivery to your door as one whole butterflied fish.
