Dunstan Smokehouse is located in Scarborough, Maine, just a short distance from our shipping facility. Smokemaster Jim works with a small crew to smoke and create premium quality smoked seafood options, including traditional cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon, and smoked mussels.

Dunstan only sources the highest quality fresh Atlantic Salmon for their smoked salmon. They either use premium Scottish or Faroe Island farm-raised Atlantic Salmon.
