Our friends over at Chaval Restaurant in Portland have created their own wonderful Mafaldine with Maine Kelp from Atlantic Sea Farms. This is a great local product made by some of our favorite people in the restaurant industry in Maine.

Product details:
A flat wide ruffled ribbon-shaped pasta that we cut shorter and with a slight twist. Great with cream sauces, pesto's, and simple tomato sauces. Cook in boiling salted water for -6 minutes. NET WT. 10 oz.
