Our sockeye salmon is wild-caught in Alaska by a Maine fisherman called Chris Mullen. Chris has been fishing in Alaska since 1988 and continues to do so with his son Chris and brother JP. 

Once Chris and his crew catch the salmon, they begin the processing and flash-freezing almost immediately. The flash-freezing process secures the superb texture and flavor of the sockeye and allows you to enjoy this fish year-round.
