Our Hake is wild-caught by local fishermen in the Gulf of Maine. This fish is super local, awesome quality, and from a sustainable fishery - there is a lot to like with this fish.

This Hake was caught during a day-boat trip and delivered to us fresh (this fish has never been frozen). Day-boat is a term used when a fishing vessel does not spend multiple days at sea, often freezing fish on the boat.

Our Gulf of Maine Hake can be prepared in similar ways to Cod.
